It depends on sun exposure, traffic, and the sealer used, but many Southwest Florida homes reseal every two to three years. Plenty of our clients have us back on a regular schedule to keep that like-new look.

That's usually an older acrylic sealer breaking down or trapping moisture. Sealing over it won't fix it. We strip it off, then reseal with a two-part water-based urethane that penetrates the paver instead of peeling.

It depends on the weather and the product, so we'll give you exact times for your job. As a general guide, plan on staying off for the rest of the day and keeping cars off a little longer.
