SWFL's original paver protection company
Paver Savers & Concrete was founded in 2010 on a simple idea: be there for Southwest Florida paver owners for the small needs and the large ones. Back then there were plenty of companies installing pavers, but it was hard to find anyone to help with everyday upkeep. Many of our clients had relocated from up north, or split time between homes, and knew nothing about caring for a hardscape in our subtropical weather. It doesn't need to be overwhelming.

Sealer turned white or peeling?
Old acrylic sealers break down in the Florida sun, going cloudy, grey, or white. Sealing over them only makes it worse. We strip the old coating to reveal your original pavers, then reseal with a two-part water-based urethane that penetrates instead of peeling.

How often should pavers be sealed in Florida?
It depends on sun exposure, traffic, and the sealer used, but many Southwest Florida homes reseal every two to three years. Plenty of our clients have us back on a regular schedule to keep that like-new look.
Why is my old sealer white or peeling?
That's usually an older acrylic sealer breaking down or trapping moisture. Sealing over it won't fix it. We strip it off, then reseal with a two-part water-based urethane that penetrates the paver instead of peeling.
How long before I can walk or drive on sealed pavers?
It depends on the weather and the product, so we'll give you exact times for your job. As a general guide, plan on staying off for the rest of the day and keeping cars off a little longer.
